Lelarge-Pugeot is a fifth-generation grower in Vrigny in the Montagne de Reims, farming around 8 hectares with a deep commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture. Under Dominique Moreau, the estate shifted entirely toward regenerative practices, working closely with their soils and fermenting with indigenous yeasts to preserve vineyard identity. This Brut Nature blends Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, bottled with no dosage to highlight purity and structure.

Crisp citrus and orchard fruit are layered with subtle brioche and a fine chalky line. The mousse is delicate, the palate dry and focused, finishing clean and mineral.

Excellent with oysters, gougères or fried chicken. Even better opened at golden hour.
