Champagne Dosnon is a grower-producer in the Côte des Bar, crafting expressive, terroir-led Pinot Noir-based Champagne with minimal intervention. The ‘Sélection’ Brut is built on estate fruit and traditional method élevage, delivering balance between freshness and complexity.

Fine, persistent bubbles carry lemon zest, orchard blossom and brioche notes, with a faint red berry lift from the Pinot Noir. Crisp acidity and a touch of autolytic richness give texture without weight.

Perfect as an aperitif or with quite literally anything and any moment.
