White peach. Almond. Chalky finish.

Frantz Chagnoleau worked with Olivier Merlin before establishing his own Mâconnais domaine with Caroline Gon in 2009. Their small holdings span villages including Vergisson, Prissé and Chasselas, with all vineyards certified organic since 2013. Harvest is entirely by hand, parcel by parcel, with indigenous yeasts and restrained cellar work.

Ripe lemon, white peach and fresh almond, with white flowers and a chalky mineral line. Fine-textured and balanced, finishing saline and precise.

Perfect with gougères, roast chicken, Comté and lemony fish.
