From the biodynamically farmed vineyards of Thierry Germain in Anjou, ‘Cep by Cep’ is 100% Cabernet Franc grown on gravel and shale soils. Hand-harvested, wild fermented and raised in stainless steel, it’s bottled with minimal sulphur to preserve purity and energy.

Bright cranberry, red cherry and crushed herbs lead into a lively, finely structured palate. Fresh, crunchy and quietly savoury, with gentle grip and lift.

Perfect with charcuterie, roast vegetables or served with a slight chill.
