Satsuma plum. Blackberry. Dark cherry.

A beautifully expressive Adelaide Hills Pinot from a 1980-planted vineyard in Summertown, Piccadilly Valley, organically managed by Dr Dylan Grigg. Made with 40% whole bunch and 20% new oak, it’s ripe, savoury and beautifully textured.

‘Celui’ meaning ‘the one’, brings ripe satsuma plum, blackberry and dark cherry, with a touch of cardamom and smoky, charry meat. Medium-bodied with fine, lacey tannins.

Perfect with roast chicken, mushroom dishes or a long lunch with friends.
