Ca’ Erto is a winery in the heart of the Soave Classico zone that focuses on gentle, site-respecting winemaking to showcase Garganega’s purity. Fruit is sourced from hillside vineyards where volcanic and limestone soils lend vibrancy and minerality.

This Soave opens with citrus blossom, lemon zest and white peach, followed by a fine mineral line and refreshing acidity. Light-bodied yet textured, it’s bright, clean and beautifully poised.

Perfect with grilled prawns, fresh pasta with olive oil or creamy risotto.
