Founded by Chicago importer Marquis Savage after falling for Central Otago, Burn Cottage spans 24 hectares in the Cromwell Basin, planted to clone and soil type and farmed biodynamically (certified). Ted Lemon of Littorai helped shape the estate’s terroir-driven philosophy, with Claire Mulholland leading winemaking today.

Wild cherry, raspberry and dried thyme unfold with fine tannins and bright alpine acidity. Silky, detailed and quietly powerful.

Perfect with duck, mushrooms or cool evenings.
