Brendon and Kirstyn Keys founded BK Wines in 2007 after Brendon worked across New Zealand, California and Argentina. Based in Basket Range, they work with small, sustainably farmed Adelaide Hills vineyards and a minimalist cellar approach. Skin n Bones Pinot Noir spends 30 days on skins and 10 months in French oak, with only 10% new.

Snappy, energetic and savoury and a little vegetal, with 10–15% whole bunch and 10–15% new oak. Juicy, lighter and chillable.

Perfect with duck, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon and charcuterie, lightly chilled.
