Avani is the Singh family’s Red Hill South estate on the Mornington Peninsula, with viticulture and winemaking led by Shashi Singh and her son Rohit. Their work centres on natural farming, soil health and minimal-intervention winemaking, using indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration and minimal sulphur. Rosé de Saignée takes Rosé into a deeper, more vinous style.

Pinot Noir rosé with more vinous shape than a pale Provence style. Bright, savoury and easy to drink chilled, with enough texture for food.

Perfect with tuna crudo, roast pork, tomato salad or grilled salmon; serve cool.
