Shashi and Devendra Singh run Avani at Red Hill South on the Mornington Peninsula. Shashi farms the estate vineyard with biodynamic principles, while fruit for the Amrit range comes from additional Peninsula sites farmed organically or sustainably. The wines are made with a minimalist approach, using very few additions and gentle handling.

Fresh citrus and honeydew lead into a textural palate, with a light cashew note and an elegant finish. Rounded, fresh at the edges.

Perfect with lobster or crab, roast chicken, creamy risotto and pumpkin dishes.
