Made by James Hopkins, Adlib focuses on vibrant, site-driven wines from thoughtfully farmed vineyards in Willunga. ‘Molly’ is a new-wave, textural rosé from 100% old vine Syrah, crafted with a light touch to preserve savoury detail and energy.

Apricot skin, rooibos and a flicker of bergamot unfold over a zippy, finely structured palate. Savoury, complex and quietly powerful rather than simple or sweet.

Perfect with Mediterranean plates, grilled seafood or sunset drinks.
