A.R.C. Wines is the label of hospitality power couple James and Jessica Audus, a family-run project focused on thoughtful sourcing and minimal-intervention winemaking. They work closely with growers to champion expressive sites and craft wines with energy and clarity. Their labels, created by earth painter Lucy Hersey, use organic matter from vineyard soils and winery by-products, grounding each release in place.

Preserved lemon, green apple and subtle spice drive a tight, saline palate with fine texture and bright acidity.

Ideal with roast chicken, hard cheeses and time to savour.
