Wild cherry. White pepper. Violettes. Dried leaves.

A.R.C. Wines is the label of hospitality power couple James and Jessica Audus, a family-run project focused on thoughtful sourcing and minimal-intervention winemaking. They work closely with growers to champion expressive sites and craft wines with energy and clarity. Their labels, created by earth painter Lucy Hersey, are made using organic matter from vineyard soils and winery by-products, grounding each release in place.

Wild raspberry, red cherry and subtle spice unfold over fine tannins and bright acidity. Medium-bodied, fragrant and supple, with a gently savoury finish.

Perfect with grilled lamb, charred vegetables and winter sunlight.
